Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy covers hirewright.eu, our staffing enquiry forms and enquiries submitted through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. It explains how we handle business contact details and follow up on requests for staff.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Hirewright is operated by NIVO TECH HUNGARY Kft., the controller of the personal data described here.
Registered address: Igmándi utca 26., 10. em. 4. ajtó, 1112 Budapest, Hungary.
Hungarian tax ID: 24360803-2-43.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@hirewright.com or write to our registered address.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number and any company name, role, staffing requirements or other information you choose to provide.
- Communications: your messages, our replies and notes needed to handle your enquiry.
- Meta lead forms: the contact details and question responses you choose to submit, including details prefilled by Meta. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy.
- Website use: technical connection information, such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages and timestamps. With the relevant cookie permission, we also collect analytics and advertising-event information described below.
Providing enquiry details is voluntary. We need a way to contact you and enough information about your request to respond. Please do not send sensitive personal information or identity documents through these business enquiry forms.
3. Why we use your information
We use your details to answer questions, discuss staffing requirements, prepare proposals and follow up by email, phone or SMS about your enquiry. Where you personally request steps before a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you act for a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships under Article 6(1)(f).
We currently use email and SMS for enquiry-related replies and follow-ups only. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email or SMS campaigns. You can ask us to stop follow-ups at any time by replying to us or emailing our privacy contact.
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the website, and on Article 6(1)(c) when processing is required by law. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). We do not use these enquiry details to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. GoHighLevel and access to enquiries
We store enquiries and related communications in GoHighLevel (also branded LeadConnector). It provides our website forms, customer relationship management and communication tools. Within Hirewright, access is limited to company owners and employees who need it to handle enquiries and related work.
GoHighLevel and its authorised service providers also process information to deliver these services, including hosting and message delivery. See its Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor list. Website hosting, email and SMS delivery providers may process the technical and contact data needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Cookies, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel
You can accept or reject optional tracking, or select analytics and advertising separately, through our cookie controls. You can reopen them using . Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from making an enquiry.
Microsoft Clarity: with analytics permission, we use Microsoft's service to understand page use through heatmaps and session recordings. This can include clicks, scrolling, page interactions, device information and online identifiers. We use it to improve the website. Clarity advertising storage is disabled in our integration. See Microsoft's privacy statement and Clarity cookie information.
Meta Pixel: with advertising permission, pages where the pixel is installed send website activity, such as page views and configured enquiry events, and browser/device identifiers to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This helps measure and optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may connect this information with your Meta account and use it for its own purposes. For the collection and transmission of event data, our respective responsibilities are described in Meta's Controller Addendum. See also Meta's privacy policy.
Our cookie preference is stored in your browser for up to six months. The site's language preference may also be stored locally. Optional cookies can include Clarity's _clck and _clsk and Meta's _fbp and _fbc; the providers' linked notices explain their lifetimes and processing. Embedded enquiry forms connect to GoHighLevel to display the form and process submissions. Your browser also connects to the providers of resources needed to display the site, such as externally hosted fonts and scripts.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking on this website and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Browser settings can also remove stored cookies. Provider-controlled data and cookies may need to be managed through the providers' own controls.
6. International processing
Our technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. HighLevel's Data Processing Addendum provides for applicable adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers. Microsoft and Meta explain their international-transfer arrangements in their privacy notices linked above. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy.
7. How long we keep information
We retain unsuccessful business enquiries and related follow-up records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them. An automated reminder alone does not restart this period. We may delete information sooner where it is no longer needed or following a valid deletion request.
If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, records needed for the service are kept for that relationship. Records subject to accounting, tax or other legal duties, or needed for legal claims, are kept for the applicable required period rather than under the unsuccessful-enquiry schedule. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own published retention periods; the 24-month enquiry period does not describe those providers' independent processing.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You may withdraw consent at any time and object to direct marketing at any time.
Contact info@hirewright.com to exercise your rights. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why within that first month.
You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu. You may also contact the authority where you habitually live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this notice if our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Any future promotional email or SMS programme will require an appropriate notice and legal basis before it starts.
